Roles and Responsibilities

- Preparing Valve Design as per plan

- Responsible & accountable for doing design calculations

- To modify Designs as per the requirement

- To develop parts and assemblies in 3D models of Design

- To develop drafting of 3D Models like casting, proof, semifinish, finish etc as required

- To create bills of Material

- To maintain documentation of allotted work orders

- To create design change notes for any changes or revision in the Drawings or BOM

- Responsible for EHS Implementation & Compliance

- To ensure 100% HSE requirements are followed

- Report Near miss, incident and accidents to Safety committee members

- Maintaining and up keeping of 5S

Desired Candidate Profile / Skills





Ability to prepare designs using solid works, Drafting Skills, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills, Familiar with various formulae used in Design & Interpretation of Various Design Standards Product Specifications

Education:

Diploma in Engineering or BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Total Experience:

- If DME, then 3-4 yrs of experience in design is required.

- If BE/B.Tech, then 2-3 yrs of experience in design is required

- If ME/M.Tech, then1-2 yrs of experience in design is required
