Vista's Learning is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Visitor Relations Executive (Voice) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling inquiries, attending calls, and ensuring a professional experience for all walk-ins and callers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Provide information about the company's services and guide visitors accordingly.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
- Respond to customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support administrative and front office operations.
Requirements
- Kannada language is mandatory (Speak, Read & Write).
- Any Graduate or PUC can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
