Shrey Sports is looking to strengthen its bat division and is searching for an experienced professional to lead our English Willow Bat Manufacturing Unit.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 5–6+ years of hands-on experience in English willow bat manufacturing.

- Has robust expertise in grading English willow clefts and understanding their playing characteristics.

- Has managed or played a key role in running a professional bat-making unit.

- Has worked closely on developing and producing bats for qualified and elite-level cricketers.

- Understands every stage of the process—from willow selection and pressing to shaping, balancing, finishing and quality control.

- Is passionate about craftsmanship,



consistency and creating world-class cricket bats.
