Job Title: IT (TECHNICAL) & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The IT & Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, website, digital marketing activities, social media presence, branding initiatives, and business support functions. The role will ensure smooth IT operations while supporting business growth through marketing and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

IT Management

- Maintain computers, laptops, printers, internet, and networking systems.
- Manage company email accounts, Microsoft 365, and cloud applications.
- Provide IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and system security.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers.

Marketing & Business Development

- Manage company website and social media platforms.
- Create and publish marketing content, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate and track business leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage SEO, email marketing, and online advertisements.
- Support customer engagement and brand-building activities.
- Coordinate exhibitions,



seminars, and promotional events.

Administrative Support

- Maintain company databases and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and management dashboards.
- Support CRM management and customer communications.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
