Job Description – Middle School Geography Teacher (Grades 6–8)

Position: Geography Teacher (Middle School)
Location: EuroSchool Thane (ICSE)
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Geography to students of Grades 6–8 in accordance with the ICSE curriculum.
- Assess student learning through regular assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate academic records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, professional development programmes, and other academic responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate/Post Graduate in Geography.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Relevant teaching experience in an ICSE school, preferably teaching Geography to Grades 6–8.
- Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or around Thane will be given preference.
