About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Video Editor who can handle end-to-end video editing, stitching, animation, and post-production with quick turnaround times while maintaining high-quality output.

The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with a strong creative eye, capable of transforming raw footage into engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and stitch raw footage into compelling video content for social media, digital campaigns, ads, and branded content.
- Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, and basic animations as per project requirements.
- Handle end-to-end post-production including cutting, sound syncing, color correction, subtitles, and final exports.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand briefs and deliver impactful visuals.
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining creative quality and accuracy.
- Optimize videos for different platforms including Instagram, You Tube, Linked In,



and other digital channels.
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and version controls.
- Stay updated with current editing trends, reels format, transitions, and platform-specific content styles.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Good understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and export settings.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, rhythm, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and basic VFX.
- Basic understanding of sound design and audio editing.
- Familiarity with color grading and LUT application.
- Experience creating short-form content and performance marketing creatives is a plus.
