We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our International Voice team at Climax BPM. The role involves interacting with customers from the UK and Australia, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound communication with international customers (UK & Australia).
- Understand customer needs and qualify leads.
- Maintain professional and transparent communication at all times.
- Handle queries and objections in a solution-oriented manner.
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Work towards assigned performance and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Comfortable interacting with international customers.
- Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in international voice/telesales preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
