We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team.

*Experience Required:*

- *3 years* of relevant accounting experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage *day-to-day* accounting operations.
- Maintain *books of accounts* and ensure accurate financial records.
- *Prepare and file GST and TDS returns* within the prescribed timelines.
- Handle *GST reconciliations* and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
- Manage *accounts payable* and *accounts receivable.*
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual *financial reports.*
- *Coordinate* with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Process vendor *payments* and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain *payroll records and support salary processing* (if required).




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

*Requirements:*

- *Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)* or a related field. *M.Com* or relevant *certifications* will be an added advantage.
- * 3 years* of hands-on experience in accounting.
- *Strong knowledge* of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- *Proficiency* in Tally, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Positive knowledge of *MS Excel.*
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
