We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Representative to handle leads, counsel prospective clients, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth client coordination throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and connect with leads received from the backend team.
- Counsel prospective clients regarding company services and offerings.
- Understand client requirements and resolve queries effectively.
- Schedule and book appointments.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely arrival at the concerned clinic.
- Conduct regular follow-ups before and after appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and client interactions.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling.
- Achieve assigned targets related to appointments and client conversions.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid counselling, convincing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally.
- Basic understanding of sales and client management.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
