Dewscription:

Responsible for managing inventory, material receipt, storage, and issuance of electronic components and raw materials required for production. The role ensures accurate stock management, proper handling of sensitive components, and timely material availability to support manufacturing operationsDescription:

Responsibilities:

1. Material Receipt & Inspection

a. Receive incoming materials (PCBs, ICs, semiconductors, passive components, connectors, etc.)

b. Verify quantity and documentation (Invoice, PO, Delivery Challan)

c. Coordinate with QA for quality inspection and GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

2. Inventory Management

a. Maintain accurate stock records in Zoho

b. Monitor stock levels and update inventory status regularly

c. Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock audits

3. Storage & Handling

a. Ensure proper storage of electronic components, including ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions

b. Maintain bin locations, labelling, and FIFO/FEFO practices

c. Prevent damage, loss, or obsolescence of materials

4. Material Issue & Dispatch

a. Issue materials to production as per Material Requisition Note (MRN)

b. Ensure timely availability of components to avoid line stoppages

c. Coordinate dispatch of finished goods or materials (if required)

5. Documentation & Compliance

a. Maintain records of inward/outward materials

b.



Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance

c. Follow company policies and standard operating procedures

6. Coordination

a. Work closely with Purchase, PPC, and Production teams

b. Communicate material shortages or discrepancies

c. Support smooth flow of materials across departments

7. Safety & Compliance

a. Maintain cleanliness and organized store workplace

b. Ensure adherence to safety standards and handling procedures

Desired Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication engineering, Supply Chain Management

Desired Experience

· 1-4 years in stores/warehouse in EMS or manufacturing industry

Knowledge & Skills

· Knowledge of ESD handling procedures

· Experience in cycle counting and inventory audits

· Familiarity with barcode systems / inventory tracking tools

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Good coordination and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
