Techwurkz is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer for a global technology organization. This role focuses on building next-generation MarTech platforms and scalable, data-intensive applications powering customer engagement, personalization, and marketing automation.

✔ Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer – MarTech, Big Data & AI
✔ Experience: 8+ Years Relevant Experience
✔ Location: Remote (India Only)
✔ Employment Type: Full time / Contract
✔ Notice Period: Up to 15 Days

What You'll Do
✔ Lead architecture and development of enterprise full-stack applications.
✔ Build scalable pipelines using Scala, Spark, Databricks, and Spark Streaming.
✔ Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure and Azure Data Factory.
✔ Design event-driven microservices and distributed architectures.
✔ Integrate Adobe Campaign and MarTech automation platforms.
✔ Establish CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and performance best practices.
✔ Mentor engineers and leverage AI-assisted development to improve productivity.





What We're Looking For
✔ 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
✔ Strong Adobe Campaign or MarTech orchestration experience.
✔ Expertise in Scala, Databricks, Spark, Spark SQL, and Spark Streaming.
✔ Strong Python, Azure, and Azure Data Factory expertise.
✔ Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
✔ Exposure to Generative AI and AI-assisted development.
✔ Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
