Chaithanya Granites & Marble is looking for a proactive and organized Dispatch Coordinator to manage order dispatch operations, Monitor vehicle movement and provide regular delivery status updates to customers and internal teams,monitor stock movement, and ensure a smooth customer delivery experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills and be capable of handling multiple delivery schedules efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Take over confirmed sales orders from the sales team and coordinate the dispatch process.
* Tracking delivery status
* Coordinate with transport vehicles to ensure timely and effective delivery of materials.
* Plan and coordinate vehicle allocations for timely product deliveries.
* Schedule and manage multiple deliveries on a daily basis.
* Monitor and maintain stock availability and update inventory records.
* Coordinate with warehouse, sales,
and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status and updates.
* Conduct damage checks and quality verification before dispatching materials.
* Ensure all dispatch documents, delivery notes, and invoices are properly maintained.
* Track delivery progress and resolve any dispatch-related issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of dispatches, stock movement, and customer communications.
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
