Responsibilities:

- GTM & Sales: Drive go-to-market initiatives, enable sales teams, and support revenue growth for AI services.
- Hiring & Talent Development: Partner with ADH to hire TDMs, Solution Architects, and SMEs across accounts, building high-performing teams.
- Managed Services Delivery: Lead delivery of AI managed services, ensuring SLA adherence, operational efficiency, and high client satisfaction
- Presales & Solutioning: Support presales efforts, design AI solutions, and lead proposal/RFP responses in collaboration with sales and delivery teams
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, driving AI adoption, transformation roadmaps, and strengthening long-term relationships.

Key Skills & Experience





- Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT Services, with relevant exposure to AI solutions and services.
- Background: Past experience as a Solution Architect in AI (mandatory).
- Expertise: Robust knowledge of AI technologies, managed services, AI solution delivery, and enterprise deployment.
- Client & Sales Focus: Proven record in client-facing roles, GTM support, presales, and solutioning.
- Leadership: Experience in hiring, building, and leading technical & delivery teams (TDMs, Architects, SMEs)
- Communication: Excellent executive presence with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
