About the Role :

Cold Chain Solution is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, billing, accounting entries, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
- Prepare invoices, billing, and voucher entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Maintain ledgers and perform bank reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
- Assist in GST documentation and filing (basic knowledge preferred).
- Coordinate with management for financial reporting and other accounting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

Required Skills





- Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting Software.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts or Finance.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,006.92 - ₹16,006.84 per month
