- Contact customers to schedule vehicle service appointments.
- Remind customers about periodic maintenance and service due dates.
- Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Promote service offers, AMC packages, and value-added services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update service appointments in the system.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
