Job Overview

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who is passionate about creating and managing high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns that generate measurable business results for e-commerce and other digital brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Build and manage full-funnel campaigns, including Top of Funnel (TOF), Middle of Funnel (MOF), and Bottom of Funnel (BOF).
- Improve campaign performance by optimising ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and copy.
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Shopify.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting advertisements.




- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience working with e-commerce brands is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and audience targeting.
- Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to optimise campaigns using performance data and insights.
