Job Description – HSSE Executive

Department: Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE)
Location: Bhatinda
Project: BPCL

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, PNGRB regulations, and contractual safety requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and preventive checks at Retail Outlets.
- Identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and monitor compliance.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills.
- Maintain and update Emergency Response & Disaster Management Plans (ERDMP).
- Train dealers and staff on emergency response procedures and safety equipment.
- Prepare HSSE reports, incident records, and training documentation.
- Coordinate with regional HSSE teams to implement safety best practices.




- Travel extensively to BPCL Retail Outlets as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSSE certification preferred.

Skills

- Knowledge of PNGRB regulations, LOTO, Permit-to-Work (PTW), PPE, and emergency response.
- Positive communication, reporting, and training skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
