Westbond International is a licensed Corporate Services Provider (CSP) based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). We provide comprehensive corporate structuring, entity formation, and regulatory licensing across all UAE jurisdictions—including Mainland (DED) and all major Free Zones.

We are seeking an active, highly communicative Corporate Services & Company Formation Specialist to join our team remotely. This role requires an independent qualified who can manage the entire entity lifecycle. You must be completely confident in speaking directly with UAE government entities, drafting legal corporate documentation, and navigating multiple digital portals to submit and track applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Authority Communication: Proactively contact UAE ministries, Mainland DED departments, and Free Zone authorities via our 3CX cloud phone system to resolve application bottlenecks, clarify requirements, and follow up on pending approvals.
- Document Preparation: Independently draft, review, and format complex corporate documents, including Board Resolutions, Shareholder Agreements, Powers of Attorney (POA), and Memorandums of Association (MOA).
- End-to-End Application Management: Prepare, check, and submit full application packages for company formations, license renewals, amendments, activity additions,



and liquidations across various UAE registries.
- Compliance Handling: Conduct mandatory Know-Your-Customer verifications, coordinate Ultimate Beneficial Owner filings, and guide clients through the document legalization and attestation workflow.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience within a UAE business setup consultancy, corporate services firm, or law firm.
- Communication Skills: Flawless spoken and written English is mandatory. You must have a clear, professional phone manner suitable for handling official calls with UAE authorities and corporate clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using cloud-based VoIP tools (like 3CX) and deep familiarity navigating UAE government e-services and Free Zone portals (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, DDA, Meydan).
