Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Piling Foreman to supervise and manage pile foundation activities at project sites in Gujarat. The candidate should have strong experience in piling operations, manpower management, and coordination with site engineers to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily piling activities at the construction site.
- Ensure execution of piling work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage and coordinate operators, technicians, helpers, and subcontractors at the site.
- Monitor pile boring, reinforcement cage placement, concreting, and related activities.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of piling equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and QA/QC teams.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards.




- Identify and resolve site-related operational issues promptly.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years to 20 years of experience in pile foundation projects.
- Hands-on experience in bored piling, rotary piling, driven piling, and related foundation works.
- Ability to handle manpower and site operations independently.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Gujarat.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Qualification preferred.
- Experience in infrastructure, marine, industrial, or commercial piling projects will be an added advantage.
