- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper mise en place and preparation of ingredients before service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all dishes.
- Handle and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of food ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Monitor ingredient availability and report shortages or quality issues to the senior chef.
- Support the training and supervision of Commis 2 and other junior kitchen staff when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
