Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Aluva
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive for the events industry to handle client enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Explain event services and packages to potential clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Maintain and update lead database
- Coordinate with operations and creative teams for smooth event execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in sales / events / customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
