Position: Animation, VFX & Graphic Design Faculty

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Animation, VFX & Graphic Design Faculty member to train and mentor students in creative design, animation, visual effects, and multimedia production. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Animation, VFX, and Graphic Design courses through theory and practical sessions.
- Train students in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya, Blender, and other relevant tools.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
- Guide students in portfolio development and industry best practices.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in animation, VFX, and graphic design.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and creative competitions.




- Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews and industry requirements.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, VFX, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching or industry experience is preferred.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills

- Expertise in 2D/3D Animation, Motion Graphics, VFX, Video Editing, and Graphic Design.
- Creativity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student projects and meet deadlines.
