We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee compliance, payroll, audits, and performance appraisals while ensuring smooth HR operations and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure labor law compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity) and handle statutory audits.
Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursements.
Conduct HR audits, maintain records, and generate compliance reports.
Manage performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development.
Lead recruitment, policy implementation, and employee relations.
Requirements:
Education: MBA in HR or related field.
Robust knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and performance management.
Problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,527.75 - ₹54,542.44 per month
