Key Responsibilities – US IT Recruiter
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Understand US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding.
- Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
- US IT Recruiter: 1 year (Preferred)
