- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop furniture manufacturers across India.
- Build a strong supplier network for sofas, dining furniture, bedrooms, modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and customized products.
- Conduct factory evaluations before onboarding new vendors.
- Assess supplier capabilities, production capacity, quality standards, and financial stability.
- Develop alternate vendor sources to reduce dependency and improve competitiveness.
- Maintain an approved vendor database with periodic performance reviews.

2. Vendor Performance Management

- Monitor vendor KPIs including:
- Quality
- Cost competitiveness
- Delivery performance
- Service responsiveness
- Complaint resolution
- Production lead time
- Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews.
- Implement supplier improvement plans where required.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key manufacturers.

3. Quotation & BOQ Management

- Review customer requirements received from Sales and Design teams.
- Prepare detailed BOQs for customized furniture projects.
- Obtain competitive quotations from multiple vendors.
- Compare commercial proposals and recommend the best sourcing option.
- Ensure quotation accuracy with respect to:
- Specifications
- Dimensions
- Materials
- Hardware
- Finishes
- Accessories
- Finalize commercial negotiations before order confirmation.

4. Custom Furniture Order Management

- Coordinate customized furniture orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Prepare production specifications for vendors.
- Follow up with factories on production schedules.




- Monitor project timelines and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch planning.
- Ensure successful installation and project completion.

5. Category Management

Develop and manage categories including:

- Sofa
- Dining
- Bedroom
- Living
- Modular Kitchen
- Wardrobe
- Office Furniture
- Customized Furniture

Responsibilities include:

- Product assortment planning
- Product lifecycle management
- Current product introductions
- Product rationalization
- Category profitability analysis
- Price positioning
- Competitive benchmarking

6. Product Range Planning

Maintain an optimized product mix across:

- Entry-level
- Mid-range
- Premium
- Luxury

Ensure every category has:

- Competitive pricing
- Trend-driven designs
- Best-selling models
- High-margin products
- Seasonal collections

7. Commercial Negotiation

Lead negotiations on:

- Product pricing
- Payment terms
- Credit period
- Volume discounts
- Annual rebates
- Warranty support
- Replacement policies
- Transportation costs
- Packaging standards

Protect company margins while ensuring vendor sustainability.

8. Factory Visits & Vendor Audits

Conduct regular factory visits to evaluate:

- Production process
- Manufacturing capability
- Capacity utilization
- Quality systems




- Raw material sourcing
- Worker safety standards
- Packaging standards
- Dispatch process

Prepare audit reports with improvement recommendations.

9. Quality Assurance

Work with Quality and Operations teams to:

- Define quality standards
- Approve production samples
- Inspect finished products
- Resolve quality complaints
- Minimize returns and damages
- Improve vendor quality performance

10. Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with:

- Sales
- Interior Design
- Warehouse
- Logistics
- Installation Team
- Finance
- Customer Service

Ensure seamless execution from purchase order to customer delivery.

11. Cost & Margin Management

- Improve gross margins through strategic sourcing.
- Analyze vendor-wise profitability.
- Reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
- Monitor freight and logistics costs.
- Optimize landed cost for every product.

12. Market & Product Research

- Visit furniture exhibitions and trade fairs.
- Identify emerging furniture trends.
- Benchmark competitors' product offerings.
- Introduce innovative materials, finishes, and designs.
- Recommend new product opportunities aligned with customer demand.

13. Reporting & MIS

Prepare periodic reports on:

- Vendor performance
- Procurement savings
- Category sales performance
- Margin analysis
- Open orders
- Delivery status
- Quality issues
- Purchase forecasts
- Inventory requirements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
