Job Title: Civil- Business Development engineer/ Business development manager

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering and construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and business proposals.
- Coordinate with technical and management teams to understand client requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations until project closure.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective and existing clients.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–9 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in a Civil industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal,



and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Professional personality with confidence in client interactions.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
