Key Responsibilities Mainframe Modernization & AI Integration:

- Provide deep technical expertise in mainframe systems and lead large-scale AI-assisted modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance intelligent agent capabilities for automated business rule extraction, code analysis, and transformation of legacy mainframe applications.
- Support end-to-end modernization lifecycle, including discovery, assessment, AI-driven code conversion, validation, and production cutover.
- Analyze and identify complex edge cases, legacy data formats, job scheduling dependencies, and embedded business logic specific to mainframe environments.
- Ensure accurate translation and transformation of mainframe logic into up-to-date platforms while maintaining business integrity, data consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define migration strategies, reconciliation frameworks, and target-state architectures for modernized mainframe workloads.
