We are looking for an experienced Pega Tech Lead with expertise in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or Technical Lead Decision Architect (LDA) roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Pega implementation projects, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements. This role demands in-depth knowledge of the Pega platform, hands-on experience with decisioning solutions, and the ability to guide teams to success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end Pega CDH implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical specifications.

- Architect and design scalable, performance-optimized solutions on the Pega PRPC platform (version 8+).

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring high-quality delivery of Pega solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate decisioning, marketing,



and business operations processes into Pega systems.

- Drive continuous improvement by implementing industry best practices and optimizing Pega decisioning capabilities (such as Next Best Action, Adaptive Models, Predictive Models, etc.).

- Ensure high standards of code quality and performance, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback.

- Develop and maintain documentation for project architecture, design, and technical decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA, CPDC.

- 5+ years of overall experience in Pega implementation and development.

- Proven expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or strong Technical LDA background.

- Solid hands-on experience with Pega PRPC version 8+ platform.

- In-depth knowledge of Pega decisioning tools such as Next Best Action Designer, Decision Data Store, Adaptive and Predictive Models, etc.

- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of business operations, decision management, and customer engagement processes.
