We are looking for a Senior Roku, BrightScript Developer who is capable of leading a team, interacting directly with customers, and delivering solutions. (Proposal explicitly requires a 10+ years lead.)
Skills and Requirements:
- 8+ years in software development
- 5+ years working with core scripting languages (JS)
- 3+ years of BrightScript experience (Video Streaming on Roku Devices)
- 5+ years in an embedded setting
- 5+ years of experience building solutions for mobile or resource-constrained devices
- Experience in performance monitoring, optimizations, and multivariate testing
- Knowledge of OOP, enterprise design patterns, and SOA architecture is a plus
- Experience working with RESTful Services and JSON
- Agile Scrum/Kanban development experience
