About the Role

We are a fast-growing healthcare startup looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our core growth team. If you love taking ownership, learning fast, and working in a high-energy environment, this is for you.

- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Hunger and right attitude matter more than years on a resume)

What You Will Do

Your main goal is to get more patients to use our platform and build local partnerships.

- Find New Customers: Pitch our home-healthcare service directly to consumers through local events, residential societies (RWAs), and public health camps.
- Build B2B Partnerships: Pitch and onboard local corporate offices, co-working spaces, and businesses to offer our services to their employees.
- Own the Funnel: Run daily marketing and sales activities, handle customer questions, and convert leads into active bookings.
- Collect Feedback:



Talk closely with our early users to understand what they love and what we can improve, and share these insights directly with the founders.
