Position: Physiotherapist
Location: Across Bengaluru
Qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience OR Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) Fresher / 1 year of experience

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-centric Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for patients across clinic locations in Bengaluru. The candidate should be comfortable working in outpatient clinical settings and be willing to provide physiotherapy services through home visits whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose, and provide physiotherapy treatment for patients referred by Orthopaedic Consultants, General Practitioners (GPs), and other healthcare professionals in an outpatient setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical evaluations and patient-specific rehabilitation goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in understanding and applying appropriate methodologies to manage a wide range of physical and functional conditions.
- Independently utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization/manipulation procedures, and electrotherapy modalities to facilitate optimal patient recovery.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and modify treatment interventions to ensure effective patient outcomes and evidence-based care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate effectively with Orthopaedic Consultants, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, General Practitioners, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in patient follow-up, outcome assessments, and quality improvement initiatives as required.

- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- High levels of professionalism, patience, tolerance, and commitment to patient well-being.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) with minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience, OR
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.

Location Requirement:

- Must be willing to work across clinic locations in Bengaluru.

Mobility Requirement:

- Candidates should be comfortable conducting home physiotherapy visits as and when required in addition to clinic-based consultations.
