CTC: ₹4 - ₹5 LPA
Preferred Languages: Bengali, Hindi & English
Educational Background: Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Build and maintain robust relationships with elders and their families
✅ Act as a dedicated relationship manager for assigned elders
✅ Coordinate and arrange services as per elder requirements
✅ Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
✅ Promote healthy living and enhance elder well-being
