We are seeking a Domain Consultant (Tax Functional Domain Consultant) in Jaipur to provide expertise and guidance in tax-related processes and systems, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements while optimizing tax functions within the organization.
As a Domain Consultant, you will play a critical role in advising on Income Tax, GST, TDS, Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Return Filing. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance tax processes, improve system efficiency, conduct tax research, and provide insights and recommendations that support accurate tax compliance and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Track changes in Tax Functional Requirements and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax-related matters.
- Review and enhance tax processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and strengthen Tax functionality to create a differentiated product experience.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Income Tax, TDS, and GST Returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct Tax Research and Analysis to support business and product decision-making.
- Provide training and support to team members on tax-related matters.
- Interact with customers to troubleshoot issues related to Income Tax, GST, TDS, and Tax Compliance applications.
Experience Required
Must Have
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Tax Return Filing (Income Tax & TDS/GST), excluding Articleship.
- Solid understanding of Tax Regulations, Compliance Requirements, and Tax Best Practices.
- Experience working with Tax Software and Tax Systems.
- Sound understanding of Accounting Practices.
Preferred
- Experience in Tax Advisory or Tax Compliance Consulting.
Skills Required
Must Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of Digital Tax Filing and reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Graduate – Any Graduate
- Post Graduate – Any Post Graduate (Optional)
- CISA/DISA Certification – Preferred
