Application Engineer (Electronics Test & Measurement Instruments)
Experience:
1. 4 to 8 years’ experience in application support / design / service with in-depth knowledge of one or more T&M; products (e.g. benchtop power supplies, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers) and their applications.
2. Previous experience having handled T&M; instruments from reputed brands (e.g. Tektronix, R&S;, Fluke, Keysight, GW Instek, Chroma, Ametek, TDK Lambda).
3.
Prior experience in Aarjay’s existing industries and new growth sectors will be highly preferred – automotive including EV, aerospace, ISRO, defence, data centres, renewable energy.
4. Solid communication skills in English and one or more local languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
5. Experience with instrument breakdown service/ repair will be an added advantage.
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E./MTech in Electronics/ Electrical / Instrumentation Engg.
Job Description:
1. Provide pre-sales application support to the field sales team – do technical presentations and product demos.
2. Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and suggest optimum solutions.
3. Do post sales demos and product installation at customer site.
4. Work with Marketing Team to develop Application Notes, videos and other content related to T&M; products/ applications.
5. Identify new target applications and industries for positioning of T&M; products.
6. Travel as required by the job.
