- Underwrite property insurance policies including CAR (Contractor's All Risk), EAR (Equipment All Risk), Fire, Building, Contents, and Machinery coverage
- Develop and manage RFQs (Request for Quotes) with accurate premium calculations and risk assessment
- Create and share Quality Check Reports (QCR) with RMs post-underwriting for policy review
- Build and nurture relationships with PSU insurers.
- Build and maintain relationships with private insurers
- Prepare underwriting notes, risk assessments, and recommendation memos
- Negotiate policy terms, coverage limits, and conditions with insurers
- Handle policy renewals and post-placement follow-ups

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years property underwriting experience (insurance company or broker)




- Expert knowledge of property insurance products:
- CAR (Contractor's All Risk) insurance
- EAR (Equipment All Risk) insurance
- Fire insurance policies
- Building, Contents, Plant & Machinery coverage
- Proven connections with both PSU and private insurance companies
- Proficiency in RFQ creation with premium calculations
- QCR documentation and RM communication skills
- Strong analytical & negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of insurance regulations & compliance

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
