About the Role

You’ll support architects and interior designers in preparing accurate technical drawings and documentation for residential, commercial, and interior projects. This role is 80% drafting and detailing, 20% coordination and documentation support. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and interested in technical drawing development.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Documentation

- Prepare architectural and interior working drawings in AutoCAD
- Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailing drawings
- Assist in preparing GFC (Good for Construction) drawing sets
- Update drawings as per design revisions and site changes
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, dimensions, and annotations

Technical Support

- Support architects/designers in preparing submission and presentation drawings
- Coordinate with senior team members for drawing corrections and updates
- Assist in quantity measurements and basic BOQ preparation
- Organize CAD files, project folders, and drawing documentation

Site & Coordination

- Take site measurements and prepare as-built drawings when required
- Coordinate with site teams for drawing clarifications
- Follow up on drawing revisions and issued documents
- Assist in resolving basic drafting-related issues during execution

Office & Process

- Maintain CAD libraries, blocks, and drawing templates
- Ensure drawings are properly named, dated, and filed
- Support printing, plotting, and documentation processes




- Research standard detailing references and materials if required

Skills & Tools

Must Have

- AutoCAD – drafting, dimensioning, and detailing
- Basic understanding of architectural/interior drawings
- MS Office – documentation and reports
- Good attention to detail and drafting accuracy

Good to Have

- SketchUp / Revit basics
- Knowledge of construction detailing and materials
- Understanding of working drawing standards
- Basic site measurement and coordination skills
