Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage and supervise daily operational activities across the organization.
- Ensure smooth coordination between operations, field staff, drivers, and other departments.
- Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs to improve efficiency.
- Monitor service quality and ensure timely execution of operational tasks
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and external stakeholders whenever required.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience is mandatory in Operations Management, preferably in Healthcare, Emergency Services, Ambulance Services, Logistics, Fleet Operations, Facility Management, or a similar industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal)
