Job Description

- Lead sourcing activities for electrical componentssuch as:
- Switchgear (MCB, MCCB, relays, contactors, etc.)
- Cable harnesses and wiring assemblies
- Connectors, terminals, and other electrical parts

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers (domestic & international)
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through negotiations, value engineering, and alternate sourcing




- Develop and implement supplier strategy aligned with business goals
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality, delivery, and technical requirements
- Collaborate with:

- Design / R&D; teams for recent product development
- Quality teams for supplier audits and issue resolution
- Manufacturing for production readiness

- Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance (QCD – Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Manage RFQs, cost analysis, and benchmarking
- Support localization and supply chain risk mitigation initiatives
