Job Title: Computer Operator
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Preferred Industry: Logistics / Supply Chain

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Warehouse Operations.
- Valuable knowledge of inward, outward, dispatch, and stock management.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Basic knowledge of WMS/TMS or ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Process inward and outward transactions through the system.
- Prepare invoices, Stock Transfer Notes (STN), and Sales Orders.
- Maintain stock records and process stock transfers and sales returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
- Follow up for PODs and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure all communication is recorded through email.
- Use WMS/TMS systems for daily operations.
- Support audits and ensure SOP compliance.
- Report operational issues and product complaints to the concerned team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
