Job Title: Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (Physiotherapy Clinic)

About Us: Neuron Rehabilitation is a premier physiotherapy and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing evidence-based orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric care. We are looking for a highly organized Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring smooth clinic operations and an excellent patient experience from intake to discharge.

Core Responsibilities:

- Patient Triage & Intake: Greet patients, assist with initial registration, and accurately record chief complaints before they see the physical therapist (e.g., noting whether a patient is here for severe acute cervical spasms versus a routine post-operative knee evaluation).
- Schedule Management: Manage the daily appointment calendar, coordinate home-care session schedules for our junior therapists, and manage walk-ins to minimize wait times.
- Billing & Administration: Process patient payments, explain clinical treatment packages, and manage daily cash flow and invoicing.




- Records Management: Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with strict confidentiality and accurate data entry.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries, effectively explaining our core physiotherapy services and community screening camps.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years working at a healthcare setting, hospital, or clinic front desk.
- Skills: Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus) to effectively communicate with the local demographic in Koramangala.
- Aptitude: A basic understanding of medical and anatomical terminology is a strong advantage. You must be comfortable interacting with patients experiencing pain or mobility restrictions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using clinic management software, MS Excel, and digital payment portals.

Pay: ₹8,890.20 - ₹23,374.20 per month
