About the Role
Scintilla Digital Academy is hiring a hands-on AI Cinematic Content Creation Faculty to train students in AI-powered filmmaking, storytelling, and visual content production.
This is a practical, creator-driven role — not theory-based.
We are looking for someone who can build real projects, demonstrate workflows, and mentor students to become industry-ready AI creators.
What You 'II Teach
You will train students in end-to-end AI cinematic workflows, including:
- AI Video Generation (Freepik ,Runway, Midjourney kind of tools, etc.)
- Prompt Engineering for storytelling & scene design
- AI Image & Scene Creation (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)
- Cinematic storytelling using AI tools
- Integrating AI outputs into editing pipelines
Tools & Skills Required
Solid practical experience in: AI & Creative Tools
- AI Video Tools (Runway ML, Higgs field, etc.)
- AI Image Tools (Midjourney , DALL·E, Leonardo AI)
- Prompt Engineering for cinematic outputs
Editing & Production (optional)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (basic motion graphics integration)
- Photoshop (AI-assisted design workflows)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive classroom & live sessions
- Train students using real-world projects
- Conduct Live demos ,Assignments ,Portfolio-building sessions
- Mentor students in: AI-based cinematic projects
- Content portfolios
- Stay updated and continuously upgrade curriculum with latest AI tools
Eligibility Criteria
- 1-2 years of experience in AI content creation / filmmaking / digital media training
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-based work
- Strong communication skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)
- Passion for teaching and mentoring creators
(Highly Preferred)
- Experience creating AI short films, reels, or ad content
- Active presence on YouTube / Instagram / creative platforms
- Prior teaching or training experience
