Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide immediate pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency medical care to patients. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, providing life-saving interventions, assisting in emergency procedures, and ensuring the safe transportation and handover of patients while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital premises or during patient transport
- Assess patients' condition and provide basic and advanced emergency medical care as per protocols
- Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and assist in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) procedures
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs during emergency care and transport
- Administer oxygen therapy and assist with airway management when required
- Safely transport patients to the Emergency Department, ICU, OT, or other clinical areas
- Assist emergency physicians and nurses during resuscitation and trauma management
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment such as defibrillators, suction devices, oxygen cylinders, and stretchers
- Ensure ambulances and emergency equipment are clean, stocked,



and ready for use at all times
- Maintain accurate patient care reports and emergency documentation
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and attendants during emergencies

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Emergency Medical Technology (EMT), Emergency Care Technology, or a related allied health science field
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS certification is preferred
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures, trauma care, and patient stabilization
- Familiarity with emergency medical equipment and ambulance operations

Experience:

- 0–2years preferred
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and robust clinical skills may also apply

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
