Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documents.
- Manage exit formalities, clearance, and exit interviews.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee confirmation, probation, transfers, and promotions.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented effectively.

Performance Management

- Coordinate KRA/KPI setting and performance review cycles.
- Track employee performance and support managers in feedback discussions.




- Assist in performance improvement plans where required.

Employee Engagement

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Organize monthly celebrations, recognition programs, and cultural events.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work workplace.

HR Compliance

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records and employee files.
- Support HR audits and documentation.

HRMS & Reporting

- Maintain employee data in the HRMS.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and employee metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
