The Role

We are looking for a creative and tech-curious Jr. Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is not just about traditional design; we are looking for a hybrid creative who understands core design principles but is also highly skilled in AI content generation and prompting.

You will work closely with the marketing team to design scroll-stopping social media content, e-commerce banners, and brand collateral, while using modern AI tools to scale your output and unlock new creative possibilities.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Social & Digital Creatives: Design high-quality, engaging visual assets for our daily social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), email newsletters, and performance marketing ads.
- AI Content Generation: Leverage generative AI tools (like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or Canva AI) to create stunning lifestyle backgrounds, product mockups, and conceptual art.
- Prompt Engineering: Write effective,



detailed prompts to generate specific visual aesthetics that perfectly match the Mom's Home brand guidelines.
- E-Commerce Assets: Design and optimize product listing images, A+ content, and website banners for our Shopify store and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry).
- Marketing Collateral: Assist in designing offline materials such as B2B pitch decks, product catalogues, packaging inserts, and event standees.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to our brand colors, typography, and overall organic, caring aesthetic.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or digital marketing (strong internships are welcome).
- The Traditional Stack: Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva. (Basic video editing in Premiere Pro or CapCut is a bonus).
- The AI Stack: You must be comfortable and experienced with AI image generation. You know how to craft prompts, blend AI imagery with actual product photography, and fix AI artifacts in Photoshop.
- A Strong Portfolio: Your portfolio must demonstrate a clean, modern design aesthetic. (Note: Please include examples of both traditional design work and AI-generated/assisted visuals).
- Speed & Adaptability: You thrive in a rapid-paced startup environment and can turn around high-quality designs quickly.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
