Job Description:

Role Objective:

To lead and manage the dealership’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting practices while supporting business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise accounts team handling payables, receivables, and general ledger
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting for dealership operations
- Ensure timely vendor payments, employee salaries, and statutory filings (GST, TDS, EPFO, ESIC)
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions for audits, reconciliations, and loans
- Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide MIS reports, variance analysis, and profitability tracking to management
- Mentor and enforce discipline, punctuality, and accuracy within the accounts team

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Professional certification (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred
- 5–7 years of accounting experience with minimum 3 years in automobile industry
