Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase Incharge to manage procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of materials required for production. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and knowledge of procurement processes in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, engineering items, consumables, and services
- Identify, evaluate, and develop current vendors
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery
- Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports
- Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure quality and timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Qualifications

- Graduate, Diploma, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field




- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Purchase or Procurement within a manufacturing industry
