Details: We are seeking an experienced and passionate CAT Trainer to join our academic team. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for the Common Admission Test (CAT) by delivering high-quality sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct offline classroom sessions and doubt-clearing sessions. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, mock tests, and practice materials. Track and assess student performance and provide feedback. Stay updated with the latest CAT exam pattern and question trends. Motivate and mentor students to achieve top scores. Requirements: Robust command over CAT exam syllabus (QA, LRDI, VARC). Prior teaching experience in CAT or other MBA entrance coaching. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for mentoring and guiding students. Graduates from IIMs / Top B-schools or top scorers in CAT preferred.
