We are looking for a Counsellor Cum Filing Officer who can handle student counselling as well as visa file processing independently. The candidate must have hands-on experience in study visa filing and proper documentation.

Required Experience (Mandatory)

Candidate must hold experience of filing for the following destinations:
✔ Schengen Countries
✔ Australia
✔ United Kingdom (UK)

Key Responsibilities

- Students nu study visa counselling provide karna
- Country, course & intake selection ch guide karna
- Visa file preparation & submission
- SOP, checklist & documentation verify karni
- Embassy / college requirements according files prepare karni
- Students naal regular follow-ups maintain karna
- Visa process di complete knowledge honi chahidi





Skills Required

- Study visa filing experience (mandatory)
- Solid communication skills (Punjabi, Hindi & basic English)
- Documentation & SOP understanding
- Independent file handling ability
- Honest, responsible & professional attitude

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year experience in study visa counselling & filing
- Experience in Schengen, Australia & UK is compulsory
- Immigration consultancy background preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
