Role Purpose

Coordinate and manage IT/Digital audits planned for the Division, ensure adherence to audit timelines, and track audit observations through to closure

Audit Coordination

Coordinate all IT/Digital audits planned for the Division with internal teams and external auditors

Prepare and maintain audit schedules; ensure all stakeholders are informed of audit timelines and deliverables

Timeline Management

Monitor audit progress against planned timelines; escalate delays and ensure on-time completion of audit activities

Observation Tracking

Maintain a comprehensive tracker for all audit observations; monitor status and follow up with owners for timely action

Closure Management

Ensure audit observations are closed before committed timelines; verify evidence of closure and maintain documentation

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain audit records, prepare status reports, and present observation closure dashboards to leadership

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with IT/Digital teams, business units,



and external auditors; coordinate audit meetings and reviews

Governance Support

Support divisional governance activities; recommend process improvements to strengthen audit compliance

Skills Required:
Technical- Audit tracking tools, Excel/dashboard skills, IT systems awareness (ERP, cloud), documentation tools

Frameworks Knowledge- ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOX compliance frameworks, COBIT basics

Functional- Audit coordination, timeline management, observation tracking, MIS reporting

Behavioral- Robust follow-up skills, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, organizational skills

Education- Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems

Experience 3–5 years in IT Audit Coordination / IT Compliance / Audit Support / Internal Audit

Exposure Exposure to ITGC audits, SOX audits, ISO audits, observation tracking and closure
