We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to drive the modernization and migration of legacy Java applications to modern, cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and experience leading large-scale application modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
- Experience with legacy Java technologies such as J2EE, Servlets, JSP, EJB, or Struts.
- Proven experience leading application modernization or migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and database migration strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle,



Jenkins/GitLab CI, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss.
- Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with Project Reactor or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and Microservices security best practices.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
